As per the information that you take provided, I advise that you follow the methods stated below and check if it helps
Method 1: Check if the engagement and time is synchronize with windows server time in Settings.
Method 2: Refer to the commodity Mistake: Can't connect correct at present. Please try over again later on provided in the link below and check if y'all are able to resolve the issue.

one.go to search bar and search services
2.go to various xbox services listed their
three.if some xbox services are disabled enable them

I know it is an OLD postal service, but the below worked for me:
from starting time bill of fare, locate the windows powershell
right click, and "run as admin" - you will need the admin password
run
Become-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage
This is to uninstall the app
The app doesn't really go away. It does announced to, in a non-admin account
And so navigate to the Windows store and search for the xbox app. Y'all will see an choice to "get" information technology
Get it and it volition reinstall.
The reason in my case why the error was showing, is that I had incompletely logged in into the Windows app account (I had "forgotten" my password). I went thru the password reset steps and then did the "get" above. This gave me a chance to re-login. This fourth dimension, I refused its offer of "play this game across devices". The reason being, if you are logged on on different devices at the same time, you lot may end upwards with this stuck situation all over again. Another reason: I don't use whatsoever other windows device
Anyway, I promise this gave you some more insight to the solution.
